You can also rent a car or bike to explore the island.  Go Cook Islands Car Rentals is just a few minutes’ walk away.

The property is close to Wigmore's falls, a popular fresh water swimming spot and local attraction.

Wigmore’s Superstore is across the road and sells a good range of fresh and packaged produce to meet your self-catering needs (it is open 24/7).  It also sells fresh bread, baked goods and popular freshly made local island dishes (such as “ika mata” and “rukau”). 

Nearby restaurants and cafes include:

• Vaima Polynesian Bar & Restaurant (7-8 minutes’ walk) 
• Circle cafe (1-2 minutes’ walk)  
• Food Box (burger, shakes etc.) connected to Wigmore’s (1-2 minutes’ walk)

Muri, a popular destination, with cafes, restaurants, night markets and beach/lagoon activities is 8 kms away (10-15 minute drive).
